Way to use Branch Exchange Service
Signing up for exchange
Please click 'exchange' then follow the procedure
Choose way to exchange
Click "Branch Exchange" then press "next"
Visit Branch
Visit branch with bills and coins to exchange
Register QR
Pull out the plastic bag on the exchange box and register QR code on the app
Seal the plastic bag
Put foreign bills and coins then seal the plastic bag
*Please do not put more than 200 coins.
If more than one plastic bag is used, take the QR code of each plastic bag
Put the plastic bag into exchange box
Put the plastic bag in to exchange box
